Centered around women empowerment, the brand creates comfortable clothing such as sweatshirts, sweatpants, sweat shorts, beanies, and tanks. New this season are blazers constructed from sweatshirt material. The creative brand launched in 2018 by two best friends just trying to create something fresh and fun. While expensive, the clothing is sustainable and top quality, ready to last years. Below are some of my favorite styles from their collections! Personally, I love everything about this shop. Comfy and cute attire is EVERYTHING, especially with everything going on in the world. Their pieces can be dressed up or down, with versatile pieces in every collection. I’m also a huge fan of what their brand stands for. Women owned businesses are rare, and this one takes pride in its owners and their designs. Their clothing usually has quotes about boys, dating, breakups, or from specific individuals. It is a super unique brand and fun to browse their site if you have the time. I would recommend this shop to anyone who lives in sweatshirts and other comfy attire but strives to make it fashionable.

2) Princess Polly

I love this shop. It is a classic go-to for all things trending. They have a bit of everything from shoes and accessories to jackets, tops and more. It’s a one stop shop for putting together the most fashionable outfit! Another plus is that the items are well priced. Everything is affordable and never over the top with pricing, which is hard to find these days for trendy “Instagram worthy,” outfits. Personally, I shop here mostly for tops, and stick to stores like PacSun and Brandy Melville for jeans, pants and skirts. I find it hard with any online store to pick the perfect size for pants and prefer the in-store experience. However, with some stores limiting the ability to use fitting rooms due to Covid-19, I would still recommend the bottoms that Princess Polly offers, as they are very adorable. I would also like to touch upon the accessories. While I am a sucker for real gold and silver, sometimes it’s not the best financial decision, especially for a 17-year-old. I love that Princess Polly offers affordable jewelry! They have the cutest rings, earrings, and necklaces. I love rings, so I usually spend a bit to long in this section. Their unique styles are adorable and even good for stacking! Check out my favorite pieces below!

3) Nasty Gal

LOUNGE ALL DAY: In need of a comfy lounge set? A recent find of mine has been Nasty Gal. Although they have cute, trendy, and dressy pieces, I am obsessed with their loungewear collection. The soft, sometimes ribbed fabric material is amazing! And – how hard is it to find cute loungewear? Very! The sets from Nasty Gal are extremely flattering on any body type. The neutral color palette allows individuals to dress them up or down! I find that the muted greens and nude colors give off a very put together vibe. Whether you are staying home for the day, or going out, these sets are the cutest option. Setting aside their loungewear, I don’t want to look past their high fashion options. From silky corsets to baggy worker pants, Nasty Gal has a huge variety to choose from that makes it easy to construct a gorgeous outfit for any occasion. A few of my very favorite sets are shown below!

4) Brown Dyed Girl

THE TIE DYE DREAM: Somers graduate Jordan Baker started a business in 2018 as a side hustle. Now almost 2 years later, she has quit her corporate job and turned her passion into a booming business. With just under 25K followers on Instagram, she has managed to create several hoodie/sweatpants sets as well as sweatshirts and sweatpants sold separately. Summer exclusives included silk dresses, bathing suits, and terry cloth cover ups! The brand prides themselves on sustainable clothing that will last years. Just recently, Baker opened a boutique in Baldwin Place, NY, where she now also sells masks, tops, shorts and of course her famous sets. While this article highlights online platforms, Brown Dyed Girl was solely online until about a month ago, and really started her business from the ground in that way! Tie-dying has been a technique used for decades now, but the pastel colors as well as her new launch (which includes a reverse tie dye technique) is adorable and never seen before. I love the idea and passion Baker made this company into. As the company grows, influencers such as people seen on the bachelor and bachelorette promote her products! Check out some of the cutest pieces below!
